Good to know before you apply
How do I get the codes?
They are yours the moment a pack is paid for. Every code is listed in your panel and emailed to you with an invoice, so you can keep them in your own records too. A code does nothing until you or your customer activates it, so unused stock is perfectly safe to hold.
Do I have to give the customer the code?
No. Most resellers never hand a code out at all: you enter the customer's MAC in the panel and the licence goes straight onto their device. Handing over a code is there when you want it, for example for a customer who bought a box from you and will set it up themselves.
What if a customer stops paying me?
Revoke the licence from your panel. Their device drops back to the demo portal immediately, the code they had can never be used again, and a fresh code appears in your unused pile to give to somebody else.
Can I change a portal for many customers at once?
Yes. Filter your list by the old portal address, select everyone on it, and confirm the change. You see the old and the new address before anything moves, and only the profile you filtered is touched.
Who supports my customers?
You do, and that is deliberate. Your customers are your business, your pricing and your relationship. We support you, and our website and app tell anyone who bought from a reseller to contact their reseller first.
Is there a monthly fee or a minimum?
Neither. You buy licences when you need them, starting at a single device, and there is nothing to pay in between.
