Good to know before you buy
What is a device change?
A device change moves your licence to a different phone or TV, for example when you buy a new TV or want someone else in the family to use it. On one-device plans the previous device returns to the demo portal. On Family plans a change is used only when all five devices are already in use and a new one replaces one of them.
How do Lifetime plans work with family and friends?
Enter your code on the device that should use it, or move it with the QR code in the app. Lifetime runs on one device at a time and Family Lifetime on five. Both have unlimited device changes, so you can pass access around as often as you like.
Do my device changes run out?
Monthly includes 1, Yearly includes 6 and Family includes 30, and the count starts again when you renew. Lifetime and Family Lifetime never run out. If you ever need help with a change, contact support.
Can I try TellyFox before paying?
Yes. Every new device gets a 21-day free trial with every feature unlocked. No card is needed.
Does TellyFox include channels?
No. TellyFox is a media player. You add the portal, Xtream login or playlist from your own provider.
Where do I enter my code?
In the app, open Settings, then Activation. You can also sign in on this website, link your device by its MAC address and press Activate on the device card.
How do renewals work?
Renew from your dashboard before your plan ends and the new time is added on top of the days you have left. Signed-in customers can also save a card and turn on auto-renew.
Is payment secure?
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Your activation code is shown straight away and emailed to you within seconds.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Enter a Lifetime or Family code on your device at any time and it takes effect straight away.
I bought my licence from a reseller. Who supports me?
Your reseller does. A licence sold by an authorised TellyFox reseller is their sale and their customer relationship: they issue the code, set up your portal and handle anything to do with the app or the licence afterwards. TellyFox has no record of your purchase, no payment from you and no agreement with you, so please take any question, renewal, device change or fault to the reseller you bought from. Licences bought here on tellyfox.com are supported by us directly.
Can I get a refund?
Licences are non-refundable once activated, which is why every device starts with a free 21-day trial. For unused codes, contact support.
