Install TellyFox in two minutes.
Pick the file for your device. One is for phones and tablets, the other for Android TV, Google TV and Fire TV / Fire Stick.

Each guide takes about two minutes. You only do it once: after that, TellyFox keeps itself up to date.

Download on the phone
On the phone or tablet itself, tap Android Mobile / Tablet. The file is saved to your downloads.

Open the file
Open it from the download notification or your Downloads folder. If Android asks, allow your browser to install unknown apps, then go back.

Install and open
Tap Install, then Open. Your free trial starts straight away, with no card needed.

Add your portal
Go to Portal → Add, choose Stalker, Xtream or M3U, and enter the details your TV provider gave you.

Install Downloader
On the Fire TV home screen, search for Downloader and install it. It is free in the Amazon Appstore.

Allow Downloader to install apps
Open Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options → Install unknown apps and turn Downloader on. On older models, the switch is called Apps from unknown sources.
No Developer options? Open Settings → My Fire TV → About and press the device name seven times.

Enter the TellyFox address
Open Downloader, type this address, press Go, then Install.

Open TellyFox and add your portal
Go to Portal → Add and enter your provider’s details. If your provider asks for a MAC address, it is shown on the Portal screen.

Install Downloader
On the TV, open the Google Play Store, search for Downloader and install it. A file manager app works too.

Allow Downloader to install apps
When asked, allow it. Or open Settings → Apps → Security & restrictions → Unknown sources and turn Downloader on.
On Google TV, first open Settings → System → About and press Android TV OS build seven times.

Enter the TellyFox address
In Downloader, enter this address, then install the file it downloads.

Open TellyFox and add your portal
Go to Portal → Add and enter your provider’s details.
Connect the service you already have
TellyFox includes no channels. It plays the service you subscribe to, and works with the three common kinds.
Portal address and MAC
The most common type on TV boxes. Your provider links your line to a MAC address.
Server, username, password
A login from your provider. TellyFox loads live TV, films and series from it.
A playlist link
A single web address for a playlist, with an optional TV guide (EPG) link.
Open Portal in the app: the MAC is at the bottom right. Give it to your provider, or change it to the one they gave you in Portal → Edit → Advanced, or from your account on this site.
If the install doesn’t work
It says “App not installed”
- Check you downloaded the right file: TV / Fire Stick for TVs, boxes and sticks, Mobile / Tablet for phones and tablets.
- If a copy of TellyFox from somewhere else is already installed, uninstall it first, then install again.
- Make sure the device has free storage, and download the file again in case it was cut short.
“There was a problem parsing the package”
The phone app needs Android 7.0 or newer; the TV app needs Android 5.1 or newer, so Fire Sticks on Fire OS 5 and later can run it. If you see this on a TV or stick, check you downloaded the TV file (tellyfox.com/download/tv), not the phone one. You can see your Fire OS version under Settings → My Fire TV → About.
The same message appears if the download was interrupted. Download the file again and retry.
Which file do I need?
Android Mobile / Tablet is for phones and tablets. Android TV / Fire Stick is for Android TV, Google TV, Fire TV, Fire Stick and Android TV boxes. Both have the same features and licence.
How do updates work?
TellyFox checks for new versions and updates itself. You can also download the file from this page again and install it over the top. Your portals and licence stay in place.
